At XSIGHT, our photography and videography style lends itself to striking, modern and joyful weddings of all sizes and styles. We love working with all kinds of couples and all kinds of weddings and are therefore happy to offer several different packages for our wedding photography and video. We’re also pleased to offer add-on items to tailer our services to your unique wedding!
Below is a list of our packages and pricing and we can’t wait to sit down with you in our studio, get to know you better and learn more about your story and the vision you have for capturing it!
We offer several photography and videography packages that can be booked separately or together and can be customized to work with what you need for your wedding.
All-inclusive means that we will cover all major events that happen during your wedding day to ensure we don’t miss anything starting with getting ready. More specifically, all-inclusive is:
Additional hours of coverage can be added to any package at our hourly rate of $300/hour
All photography & video packages include coverage of 1 wedding ceremony. For additional coverage of extra ceremonies including tea ceremonies or for multi-day events, please contact us.
Travel costs outside of Sacramento County may be subject to an additional fee.
Our Xclusive package includes up to 12 hours of total event coverage
Medium resolution jpegs are printable up to an 8×10. The longest side is 1000px wide.
High resolution jpegs are printable up to a 20×030 for a large wall print.
A red carpet premiere is our way of showcasing your wedding photos and/or videos to you for the first time!
It’s all of your wedding films and/or images presented in our theater-style cinema, complete with popcorn and beverages, for you and your new spouse to sit back and enjoy and re-live the day!
For your wedding photos, you’ll see all of your wedding day images as a slideshow and after you preview all of your photos, you’ll jump into your album plan and see how your images are incorporated into your custom designed wedding album.
If you opt for the included engagement session that comes with you photography package, you’ll have a one hour session here at our downtown studio or anywhere within walking distance.
You can have multiple looks or outfits, although we suggest limiting it to two to allow for more photo-taking time!
We’re located just a few blocks from many great sites including the Capitol Gardens so there is plenty of options to choose from!
All Xclusive or below engagement sessions include the session only, prints and digital files are extra.
If you have a special request for an outside location for your engagement shoot, we’re more than happy to do that as well! Please inquire about engagement session upgrades!
Engagement sessions are included in our wedding photography packages only. If you’d like to add an engagement session to your wedding video package, please let us know!
From our 15+ years capturing weddings, we’ve tailored these packages to what we know will work to capture all the best moments from a wedding day, however, we also know that each wedding is unique! If you’re interested in adding services or customizing one of our packages, please let us know and we’ll figure out the best way to create something that will work for you!
We know there is a lot to consider and many factors to take into account when planning a wedding and so we try to be as flexible as possible! You can definitely upgrade your service after securing us as your wedding photographer and/or videographer, however, we recommend letting us know as soon as possible so we can be sure to meet your request!
The main difference between a highlight and a short film is the ability to tell your story in all the ways it’s unique to you!
More specifically, a highlight is a compilation of all the best wedding moments set to music, usually 3-4 minutes long. A short film is a compilation of your best wedding moments set to music integrated with audio soundbites from your vows, letters that you read to one another, guests toasts, etc set to music, usually 3-5 minutes long and showcased in a cinematic way.
Both of these edits are full-length edits of the events shown in order from start to finish as they happened with minimal editing/removing of content.
For a ceremony edit, we begin with the bridal party processional, highlighting all of your attendants walking down the aisle from different camera angles, the bride’s entrance, hand-off to the groom and transitioning into the ceremony. We cut out any awkward moments (there’s bound to be a few!) or mis-steps, but in the end you have a mini-movie of your wedding ceremony!
For a toast edit, we show all of the reception toasts, focusing mainly on the person giving the toast, but also the couple’s reactions to the funny stories and happy tears. We don’t cut out any parts of the toasts unless specifically requested, but typically remove any awkward or long moments between the guests as they switch speakers.
