We’re pleased to be able to offer studio rental space to photographers and videographers!
We have several spaces available to rent, all of which include:
Access to our accessories (blankets, apple boxes, flower petals, baskets, rugs, etc), Wi-Fi Access, air conditioning/heat and power.
Additionally, each session booked includes complimentary 30 minutes of setup/breakdown time as well as assistance from us as needed to familiarize yourself with the space.
MEETING ROOM
Meet with clients here for pre-event consultations, viewings, album plans, or anything else! We have plenty of seating, a large screen TV and high quality wall mounted speakers for viewing slide shows or videos.
Room Details:
• Private and quiet
• Optional sound blankets to make room set for sound recording
• Dimming lights for viewing photos and videos
• Access to wifi

NATURAL LIGHT STUDIO
Use the natural light from our large panel windows for beautiful soft lighting. This space is ideal for portraits and includes the use of one of our reflectors to help bounce the light on particularly sunny days.
Room Details:
• Choice of one loose muslin backdrop with backdrop stand
• Includes one reflector with stand
• Includes one white board, one black board with stand to prop up
• Access to unrented “prop” furniture in front room

STUDIO 1
Our first upstairs studio is 21’4″ X 18’4″ square feet and is large enough for a commercial portrait shoot with a dynamic lighting setup.

• Choice of basic lighting setup* OR (3) Flo-Lights**
• Choice of color paper backdrop with backdrop stand, 4 clips for hanging and (2) sandbags
• Optional upgrade: Scrim OR (2) C-Stands* – please inquire for price
• Access to unrented “prop” furniture in front room

STUDIO 2
Our second upstairs studio is 18’2″ X 18’X4″ square feet with a recently added wood floor. This is our most private space with two heavy duty sliding doors that block out sound. It’s a great space for portraits and commercial photography sessions.

CINEMA
Our Cinema is a mini theater complete with a projector, 92″x52″ screen, ultra high quality speakers and a vintage popcorn machine! It’s a great space for showing client videos, photo slideshows, demos/classes or just having a cool space to meet in.
Room Details:
• Use of the cinema computer and wifi to connect to the projector
• Theater style seats that seat up to 8 people
• Theater seats can be removed and replaced with desks for a classroom style setup for teaching or meetings
• Dimmable ambient lighting
• Also available to rent as a shooting space
