Next is Carlos Almanza, and we feel it’s safe to say that his photography style matches his personality- laid back, chill and all around intriguing. Enjoy!
How long have you been working for XSiGHT?
“About four years now!”
What originally drew you to photography?
“It was much cheaper than doing video.”
What do you enjoy about taking pictures?
“Good lighting, yup. That’s probably my favorite part.”
Are there any photographers who influence your style, and who do you get inspiration from?
“Not really, I usually get inspired from the music I listen too and vibes.”
What has been your most memorable assignment and why?
“Probably just shooting landscapes around Sacramento because I get to go outside, listen to music and trespass on rooftops.”
What is your equipment of choice and why?
“Probably my Iphone 6 Plus, because it’s convenient, lightweight and easy.”
What photographic ambitions have you achieved so far and are there any you hope to achieve in the future?
“None, and in the future I hope to be making $$$$ straight hustlin.”
If you could be invisible for one day with your camera…
“I would take floating camera selfies.”
